I am really excitied... my daughter Yana is nearly 3 and I have decided I am going to enroll her into the Waikanae Dance school.. They can start @ 2.5, I always wanted to dance and was too chuby! so I think my daughter can.. if she decides she doesnt wanna do it when shes older thats fine, but I think it will be good for her to learn discipline for her body and to have good posture.,., and best of all burn some energy!!!
Does anyone else have kids as old as myne in dancing... do they cooperate??lol

Hi :) I put my daughter in a dance class when she was two and she loved it! All the children really enjoyed the class and although of course there was a lot of 'improvisation' ;), the kids all did really well and remembered a suprising amount from week to week!

I think children thrive when they have new skills to learn, so even if it seems like theres not much order, I think regular classes like dance are such a good idea!

She starts tommorrow morning, ballet, its gonna be so cute! I got herballet shoes(we got given them) and i got a black all in one with atutu on it bodysuit type thing from farmers on sale for like $10.. Iwill take photos and post them!!!! lol I am crazy

they are going GREAT! she absolutley loves it, its sooo cute watching all the 3year olds learn ballet! she looks so cute in her little ballet shoes and tutu!
She loves learning new moves each week and practices them throughout the week!! I am glad i didnt wait until she was older because shes just soo happy!
